The INTUWORX™ PAA42/PAA42+ is a media preamp/mixer which combines a 6-input stereo preampli fi er with 2 microphone inputs and an internal media player. Themicrophone section features phantompower and high pass fi lters, and allows automatic attenuation of themusic signal (talkover/priority),making this unit apopular choicewith fi tness instructors. The internalmediaplayer o ff ersUSB replay, FMreception, LINKOUSTIC™ 5.0 wireless audio link and an IR remote control (version PAA42+ with additional DAB+ receiver). The two master outputs with fi re evacuation facilities can work mono or stereo, and the main output can be remotely controlled via RS485 with the optional VRE11 wall panel. The second output also o ff ers the direct choice of selected inputs as sources, making it e ff ectively a zone output.
